I know you're not listening

Sadly, Dr. Disc in London is no more. Instead, a couple doors down from the record store's former location is a new store called Grooves. There, I found Wilco's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot for $10 and listened to it for the majority of my drive back to Toronto. Todd had already downloaded the band's upcoming album Sky Blue Sky (out May 15) and he played it for us last night. The experience reminded me of the first time I heard Josh Rouse. It was at a cottage somewhere in rural Ontario. Of course, I didn't listen to Wilco for the first time last night but somewhere in between the red wine and karab fondue, I decided it was time I owned a Wilco album. Now I do.

Yes, everything in my life has something to do with food and music. It's a pretty good life.

Don't forget Maggie. A quintessential part of any full life!
