Homeless

Balconies

Spending the days working and eating and going through the painful process of finding an apartment. When I was apartment hunting with Jennie and Yvonne, it was fun. There was no pressure and we had a good idea of what we wanted. Here, in Hong Kong, where the rent is ridiculous (about double what it is in Toronto) and the apartments half the size, it's not enjoyable at all. The point is, I have very little time to find a suitable home and I'm afraid that I'll just have to settle for a shoebox close to the Chinese border, like a shack in Mai Po in harmony with the avian flued wild birds.

Regardless, you will have a place to sleep when you come visit.

Apartment hunting can be a great hassle. Many other helpful ways are using online resources. I recall my experience trying to find my apartment in houston and in the end after I got my place I was happy.

good luck.. it's such a pain to find the right place...
