Repition with a big change

Last day at work yesterday and it was nice, despite the flu. There was a "surprise" goodbye party with delicious gourmet ice cream, homemade chocolate sauce and an even saucier rendition of "For She's a Jolly Good Fellow" by certain superiors. Oh I'll miss work. I'm really lucky to be surrounded by a great group of people: filmmakers, writers, musicians, artists, animators, photographers and actors, whom are not only extremely talented, but also so much fun to work with.
Before I went to bed, I finally talked to someone at The Standard and it looks like I'll be leaving late next week, rather than late this week. That's fine, I'm not working which means no money, but it also means I'll have more time to get things ready for the big move.

Andrea! I'll miss you but I wish you so much luck with your new job. And, of course, lots of fun too.
